I haven’t experienced any issues or disruptions with the website - any changes can be made quickly, and everything works smoothly without any difficulties. ----- ### "Customer Support is Quick and Good." — 4.0/5 > **Sharang** | *15 juin 2026* | Vente au détail | Taux de recommandation : 8.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I like Tilda the most for the customer support area, here you can literally ask anything about the website creation and topics related to it and they will reply within some time and provide the best possible solution, this made a first timer like me create a dual language website. > > **Inconvénients**: some features need to be updated like dual pricing currency display, delivery integration outside Russian region etc > > overall experience with Tilda is satisfactory as you can always use some best possible alternative tricks to get the desired outcome with the help of customer support. ----- ### "This is not a solution for production websites" — 1.0/5 > **Rod** | *25 mai 2020* | Logiciels | Taux de recommandation : 0.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Simple and flexible design tools. You can use standard blocks for fast prototype or flexible ZeroBlock for custom design without coding. > > **Inconvénients**: Their support is terrible. I had a problem with my card and they blocked my account without any notifications. 5 my websites was blocked and don't worked during compliance procedure. They did not send me a notification before the account suspending, although nothing prevented they from doing this. Tilda is not a good choice for production websites because they can block it any time. ----- ### "Website creation - from 0 to hero)" — 5.0/5 > **Anahit** | *25 juin 2026* | Marketing et publicité | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: it’s completely beginner-friendly and that you don't need to know anything about coding, hosting, or complex web design to build something great. Absolutely great value for money, comparing to other solutions in the market. In 1 year I start doing websites for me, now it's my side job\! > > **Inconvénients**: Nothing much, before they had some missing blocks(very minimal ones) etc, but imagine in a year they adjusted so so so well that whatever was even missing, now is already there. > > Overall I am w Tilda since 2020, started as sth for me, but later as I start understanding more, digging more with FAQ's and their customer support, I start creating proper websites for other companies and it became my side job\! In terms of payments etc - no theme price, eaily moving blocks from theme to theme, so you can get absolutely great solution and combination. Customer service is just another level, always answers, and not generic answers, but proper and to your case. From SEO perspective - as I don't do it, it has not Seo assistant that helps to optimize the websites and it becomes easily findable. Overall - if there is a chance to so sth with tilda, it's my go to solution for clients and for me personally. ----- ### "I choose Tilda for creating clean, fast and creative web sites" — 5.0/5 > **Tatjana** | *4 février 2026* | Design | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: It is simple to use and I love that they offer Zero blocks for more freedom in my designing.
