Slow response to customer support. When inputting a manual donation you can not edit the data if you made a mistake. For example if I inputted the wrong date I can not change it when I did not issue a tax receipt. Tried to preform a donation summary report and the date produced was incorrect. Emailed customer service put have not received feedback > > I mainly use the donation portion of Keela so did not respond to the email marketing portion of Keela.
