I like the product and it seems easy to use. Varonis support is amazing. Any issues that I have had, they responded and resolved the issue. So far, most issues have been me not understanding the product. They are training videos and they are easy to follow. The only con is, I wish is the training videos were interactive. It's a web tool, and it makes it very easy to identify, select, and request access to an area. This tool is rather basic, but for what we use it for, it is completely sufficient, and doesn't over burden us with unnecessary features. > > **Inconvénients**: We have many shares, and at times, it's not easy to find what we are looking for in the directory tree structure. It would be nice if the searching capabilities were a bit more robust, to look for directories where we know a partial name or if it could do a spell check. > > Overall, I really like this tool. I like how it's not complicated with features, and has a specific function of requesting access.
