We had a good experience recently migrating from an on-premise install to their SaaS product. The whole process was relatively smooth and happened on time and within the expected budget. > > **Inconvénients**: The main downside about moving from an on-premise install to the SaaS version was the reduction in speed. The I have found them untrustworthy multiple times selling us unnecessary training packages, project management support and then recently we were informed with only 6 months notice that we would need to spend a huge % more to move our database to the cloud. For the nhs 6 months is not enough time to get funding. We should have had more commentary leading up to it and supported through it.
