The auto reports may need adjusting to your requirements, and some programming knowledge is necessary. They do provide this service, but having your own IT is better. The reporting process is not so good since it requires coding instead of a drag and drop of fields. There are limitations on extracting an integrated report from the Pentana Audit system modules.
