I choose them as a scheduler provider for my very small yoga business and originally signed on because they offered a fair, low price for the basic program. I've stayed with Momoyoga for the past 4 years and it's because you simply can't beat the excellent customer service (actually can speak to a person easily), the ease of navigating the set up for classes/events etc and my clients have found it easy to login and register for classes. Momoyoga has stayed competitive with pricing and services and have even honoured my original pricing despite their service options shifting. I had shopped around as my business grew and decided to stay with Momoyoga. It is a great scheduler and feels like business who actually cares about happy customers and providing a great service rather than a larger, over-charging conglomerate company. For a small business, Momoyoga is a fantastic place to start and I have recommended it to many fellow yoga instructors. > > **Inconvénients**: One wish that comes to mind, would be to allow the 'uploaded photos' section to allow a personal bank of saved pics for class descriptions. It creates a need to start over and re-open the Yogi's account. Can be time consuming if trying to look at a number of accounts at one time. Leading to the fact that prices and products can´t be implemented properly... The customers can register but not pay properly. They often don´t understand the system. The translation into German is lacking. If you have too many price categories and classes the system seems to be insufficent respectively it shows bugs, is not working properly. At first I thought its me, after having tried everything and being on other homepages using Momoyoga as well I know it is not me and the customers it is the system. What I find also very unfair is that you can´t delete the tool yourself. I have cancelled, quitted and asked for deleting all my datas, they offer me a telephone call now. If anything, which I think they will have addressed with their revised end user app is that it doesn't go through a web browser, but is built in to the actual app itself. > > My experience with Momoyoga started as an end-user booking on to someone else's Yoga class in 2019. I loved the app so much that I wanted to use it for my business in 2020. I instantly became a fan of the company and how much support they gave me setting up a new account. They were responsive and helpful and remain this way 6 years later. They have a great wellness booking system which is up against some very big tech companies, yet they always listen to the users for their suggestions. They have rebuilt their end user app which is getting great feedback.
