The Spacebase team is always very open and timely in addressing any requests or updates we have. > > **Inconvénients**: -It is sometimes difficult to understand why certain entries are being done through the system and we sometimes have to do manual JVs to correct. However, some of this could be specific to the airline industry and not all a Spacebase issue. -It would also be helpful to have report writer access to create custom reports, but the team has been very helpful in creating new reports as needed. -When system updates are made, it would also be helpful to get notices as these are happening so we know if they impact anything that we are doing. -I am not sure if this is possible, but would be helpful if there was a way to do batch modifications or additions. There are a lot of screens to go through for each addition or modification so if there is any way to simplify this in high volume months, would be something to look at. > > Overall, I have had an excellent experience with Spacebase\! The team is great to work with and the tool is very easy to use. I am still learning certain aspects and innerworkings of the system with 2025 being the first full year on the new tool. We also had a change in organization structure this year and the person that did most of the system setup has moved on to another position leaving a bit of a knowledge gap. With me now being the main point person for leases, this has given me the opportunity to spend a lot of time this year learning more of the tool.
