She took the time to go step by step and helped us figure out the solution. They also offered the text of commonly used review questions for you to create and setup yourself. > > **Inconvénients**: The "integration" with Gusto sounds much better than it is. It pulls over the employees name and email most of the time. Less than half the time it pulls over their direct supervisor. That is the extent of the "integration", so it is easier to just do the setup yourself on their platform. The automation is also not what I was expecting. We thought we could configure it to automatically launch review cycles for employees based on their hire date. That is not possible and PerformYard recommended we just launch the review cycles on a monthly basis for every employee. That method works, but is sadly one of the key reasons to invest in a tool like this. > > After 3 years we decided to go another direction. Functionally, this will get the job done. It would be better to be able to upload tables, or symbols, bold and separation effects to make reading long texts more easily defined. I'd like to be able to print an org chart that looks nice and other snapshots of screen for training seem to be low resolution quality and hard to duplicate. > > The best part of our experience with PerformYard has to be with the customer service.
