> **Avantages**: The thing I most like about Classter is being able to have access to so much information in one place and being able to filter, see history, and customize the database according to preference.

> **Inconvénients**: The biggest challenge for me was the onboarding processes.  Our institution's structure is somewhat different than the traditional school model and finding the configuration and processes to best meet our needs took some time and had its share of growing pains.
> 
> My experience with Classter has been a learning process.  It has had some highs and lows as we have navigated the onboarding, customization, and yearly turnover processes with the team.   Through all of these times, we have had the opportunity to work with some great support staff that have helped up to navigate the platform and personalize the database to best match our needs and expectations.

> **Inconvénients**: What I liked least was the amount of time invested in the process without alignment on key requirements. After several months of discussions and internal preparation, the decision not to move forward came at the final stage, which resulted in a significant loss of time.

> We spent several months evaluating Classter, including multiple discussions, internal approvals, and preparation to move forward. The platform initially appeared to meet our needs, and we reached the final stage prior to signing.&#10;&#10;As a private Christian school in Canada, tax receipting is a standard requirement, not a unique or specialized request. This applies broadly across Canadian private schools and colleges, where issuing tax receipts is part of normal operations and compliance.&#10;&#10;After months of engagement, we were informed that Classter would not move forward with us due to our size and this requirement.&#10;&#10;This resulted in significant lost time and required us to restart our search process.&#10;&#10;If you are a Canadian private school or college that requires tax receipting, I would not recommend investing time in this platform.

> **Avantages**: Classter is a web system that also has a mobile application (iOS and Android) very robust that allows the management of school computer systems with learning management, additionally allows progress reports, class registration, grade book, online payments, parent portal and monitoring of attendance, on the other hand is very easy to use, does not require a learning curve because it has a very friendly interface. One aspect to highlight is the parent portal, which allows us as teachers to increase communication with parents and student representatives, as well as allowing them to effectively follow up on the school activities that we carry out at the institution.

> **Inconvénients**: I am very satisfied with its operation and efficiency, I have nothing negative to contribute, is an excellent tool.
> 
> It has improved my organization and allows me to establish better relationships with the parents of the students, as they are involved in the training process of their children's school activities and the follow-up we have also been able to verify that the performance of the students has increased. It is a very robust tool, it has allowed us to establish more effective work methodologies and we are pleasantly satisfied with its functionality.

> **Avantages**: I would describe our admission process as quite complicated and complex and it is also very important we make sure that the admission process follows the guidelines and regulations set by the authority of  vocational school.  It has not been easy to find a way to manage our admission process in the best and efficient way but Classter helped us customize a system to manage this. This year it will be the second time we use Classter for admission. We are also very happy with the contact person we have at Classter. He is always supportive and quick to respond.

> **Inconvénients**: I wish there was a little bit more flexibility when it comes to features and functions in the student application to support us nurture leads ( sign ups) to submitted application. Even if we are happy with how Classter helped us customize the application based on our needs and wishes ( Classter has been very accommodating and responsive ) the processes of implementing changes/ improvements sometimes  feel a bit long and complicated. However we have all the data we need in order to complete admission and that is most essential for us. I also want to point out since we have only worked with Classter for 1,5 year we have not had the time to explore all options and this is something we are continuing discussing and developing  as we go of course.
