The platform initially appeared to meet our needs, and we reached the final stage prior to signing. As a private Christian school in Canada, tax receipting is a standard requirement, not a unique or specialized request. This applies broadly across Canadian private schools and colleges, where issuing tax receipts is part of normal operations and compliance. After months of engagement, we were informed that Classter would not move forward with us due to our size and this requirement. This resulted in significant lost time and required us to restart our search process. One aspect to highlight is the parent portal, which allows us as teachers to increase communication with parents and student representatives, as well as allowing them to effectively follow up on the school activities that we carry out at the institution. > > **Inconvénients**: I am very satisfied with its operation and efficiency, I have nothing negative to contribute, is an excellent tool. > > It has improved my organization and allows me to establish better relationships with the parents of the students, as they are involved in the training process of their children's school activities and the follow-up we have also been able to verify that the performance of the students has increased. It has not been easy to find a way to manage our admission process in the best and efficient way but Classter helped us customize a system to manage this. This year it will be the second time we use Classter for admission. We are also very happy with the contact person we have at Classter. However we have all the data we need in order to complete admission and that is most essential for us.
