Un super outil de gestion des ressources humaines
Avantages :
C'est un logiciel très riches en fonctionnalités qui offre des données réels sur les employés. Très simple d'utilisation, il permet d'améliorer l'expérience des employés et est doté d'une interface attirante.
Inconvénients :
C'est un logiciel qui prend beaucoup de Temps lors de démarrage

Avantages :
Ce logiciel nous permet la gestion de renumération , gestion du capital humain , applications des ressources humaines et administration des avantages sociaux.
Inconvénients :
Ce logiciel n'a pas d'inconvénients , c'est analysé et approuvé. Utilisez le énormément.

Bob to the rescue!
Commentaires : Bob has simplified many aspects of our business. I can see and feel the ROI immediately and plan on doing those calculations at the end of Q4 to provide the leaders with percentage and data to showcase the ROI.
Avantages :
Bob has been great! We wanted a system that could be customized and unique to our unique workforce and business model. We found that in Bob!Implementation was a breeze. User friendly system allowed our employees the ability to get into the system with SSO, no technical issues & start using the system right away!
Inconvénients :
I would love the opportunity to "nudge" or remind people that have a task outstanding. Similar to when folks have pending documents. I would also add more features to the mobile app function. Currently it serves mostly as a directory but documents should be made available on the mobile app.

Makes us look professional
Commentaires : Great solution and great company. Really easy to implement and the ? At the bottom that shows you a video on how to use the page is incredible for set up. Everything you need is in HiBob and there is always 2/3 different ways to do a task to suit each organisation.
Avantages :
HiBob tracks all out HR data in one place and we can access it with ease. When we onboard new employees, they love it and it makes us look really professional as a company.
Inconvénients :
The mobile app is great but you can’t see other people leave. A company view like there is on the desktop would be perfect.

Pourquoi choisir Bob : Breathe is good for a 1-20 man company that just wants to track holidays and not use a spreadsheet. If you want more then you get HiBob.

Not worth the pricetag
Commentaires : Disappointing. For the price you pay, it's simply not worth it.

The 1on1s weren't recurring for managersThe demo showed us all the bells and whistles but they all came either added costsForms didn't flow properlyThe setup of this was a nightmare especially syncing it to payroll and creating the pay and leave rulesRestrictions around which users or administrators can have access to things in particularMany steps to do something simpleNo on demand support even during implementation it was all self serviceIssues with leave submitted syncingSurveys are incredibly basic, questions are double barrelled, non actionable and aren't backed by research or science
A great and simple platform
Commentaires : Despite a few minor drawbacks, the platform has made my communication with hr easier

The platform's user-friendly interface is its standout feature—navigating through Bob feels intuitive and efficient. it is really easy to request time off and check on events. Additionally, the focus on employee-centric features like the culture hub and pulse surveys fosters a sense of community and are pretty fun
Inconvénients :
Bob excels in many areas, the mobile app feels a bit limited compared to the desktop version, particularly when it comes to accessing detailed analytics and reports. There’s also a slight learning curve for non-tech-savvy users when setting up complex workflows or integrations with other platforms.

We would love to have Calculation fields in compensation planning.And be able to define our own calculations for ex Annual Bonuses

Affordable, customisable and easy to navigate
Commentaires : We are satisfied with hibob as our HRIS solution. We are a remote company so it´s really important that all is in one place and that we can track each other bank holidays, different announcements and just being able to get all relevant data with few clicks.
Avantages :
The easiness of setting up and customising the system to the company's needs. Not to forget that the price was less than what we were paying for another software that has not had half of the features like hibob. In the end, the system is pretty straightforward for the users, if you are an admin you can easily get the information you need and all is even accessible from your phone.
Inconvénients :
Some of the features could be more customisable such as an organisation chart, conditioning on reviews but if you do report it to the team they communicate if that customisation is on the roadmap or if they believe they will develop it. It would be great to have webinars on new features and great practises of hibob employees itself.
Fantastic, Flexible Option
Avantages :
Unlike other HRIS companies I've worked with in the past, the Bob platform is incredibly flexible. I'm able to set up customized onboarding flows, employee fields, and reports for every instance. Surprises come up in HR a lot and HiBob can go with the flow.
Inconvénients :
My least favorite feature is no good screen to view all holidays across the company for employees.

A big project to implement but worth it at the end
Avantages :
Having used other HR platforms, Bob definitely seems to have more robust features. Their support team has been very helpful so far, and we've heard a lot of excitement from our team about rolling this out. It's pretty flexible and customizable, and the home page is one of the best I've seen.
Inconvénients :
The implementation is a very big, time consuming, project. As I mentioned there are a lot of features, so that requires a lot of set up. And unfortunately, not every feature is as straightforward as it may seem.
User friendly and current
Commentaires : Really positive, would recommend as it's very engaging in design, but also useful in terms of a HR portal.
Avantages :
I really like the social media style communication on the profile page, this has brought our teams together so well across all locations.
Inconvénients :
Some of the dashboards could be adapted to show more of a breakdown. For example time off by reason, not just by month.

An honest review of HiBob
Commentaires : A real challenger to the old-school main systems around. HiBob along with others really manage to bring a breath of fresh air in HR management and HRIS tools in general. I could not recommend it more.Its system as a SaaS is extremely convenient and can tailor it to any potential use, whether limited in combination with other systems or as your full HR system.
Avantages :
Every feature of HiBob has a meaningful impact, as long as it is properly set and used. The support team is fantastic and solves issues extremely quickly.We have HiBob for our organisation since last year, but I don't see how we could have done it with any other system. The most impactful to me is clearly the employee database management, and its general ease of use.
Inconvénients :
There are some automation features that are lacking, for instance the time and attendance module not being automatically linked to overtime policies. But I have no doubt that this will be implemented soon.The price can also be a deterrent, but it does fit with our purpose and need.
Best HR tool
Avantages :
Nice design, ease of use, different features like onboarding, tasks, benefits, goals management.
Inconvénients :
It crashed a few times during last year, price is high.
My Bob Review
Commentaires : Very positive. Time taken to understand the relationship between customizable parts is worth the investment (task + flows, fields + values and API related functions).
Avantages :
Having a singular location for all of our employee data and being able to search up the information I'm looking for saves me lots of time. Importing information in bulk is also super handy.
Inconvénients :
It was disappointing to learn that Sandbox features are behind a paywall since it's important for us to test and view features before implementing them to the hole company. The benefits page is a bit limiting in that you have to upload spreadsheets for each update.
Great HRIS & PMS
Commentaires : I use Bob daily and it's essential for being able to view our people and resource planning, as well as for day to day people operations and reporting.
Avantages :
Very easy to use as an HRIS, really great Dashboards feature and good basic Performance Management System.
Inconvénients :
The Reporting feature could be more intuitive.

Commentaires : We have had a very positive experience with Bob, its is a very intuitive system to use and the information available in the help centre is extensive and easy to follow. The response form the support team is very quick. The more we have asked of the system as we reviewed our internal processes and procedures, the more it delivered. We did not implement Bob wit the intention of reducing headcount but when one of the team resigned we did not need a replacement due to automation and self service.
Avantages :
Implementing Bob has had a significant positive impact on the workload of the HR team allowing us to spend more time on value add activities and far less on routine admin. This was achieved by automation of workflows and tasks through the entire employee lifecycle. Employee information is visible to managers, employees and selected departments (i.e Compliance) reducing the number of routine queries directed to HR.
Inconvénients :
It would be helpful if employees who are on garden leave could still access the system until their termination date. Access is removed based on their last day of work but they are still employed and need access to documents. Esign saves time in that documents are automatically added to the employees record when completed but the process of uploading, then making the document active followed by a third step to assign to the employee is clunky especially when sending multiple document to the same person.

Avantages :
I really enjoy having Bob on my tablet. It lets me see the polls or if certain questionnaires have been started I can see who engages with the comments and if they are good to take up on so that in the near future we can set the standards

The user interface is modern and intuitive. The platform is highly customizable.
Inconvénients :
The mobile app is not as user-friendly as the web app.Every profile created on Bob counts as a user. However, they have the same pricing if we want to add a contractor or freelancer. I miss more data from the analytics perspective. High price.
Best HRIS I’ve worked with so far!
Avantages :
Complex HRIS with al the features you need for small/mid-size company, they cover all the employee life-cycle. Very remote/global-friendly. Pretty easy implementation, great support from their team during the selection & implementation process and even now when we need help with some issues/questions. Highly recommend Bob!

Fantastic Software
Commentaires : Incredibly happy, we did a lot of research and we are really happy with the outcome.
Avantages :
Easy to use, we haven't had to provide much training on how to use for the rest of the business. I love that it is so customisable, people ask for features and there is a way that we can build it out to suit our business needs.
Inconvénients :
It would be great if we could have the ability to draft offer letters through the platform. It is a little clunky using the e-sign to do that so we have had to do a few workarounds.
