It effectively highlights and recognizes staff for their excellent contributions; an extra carrot at the end of the stick for a hard day’s work, with a wide variety of rewards to redeem. Truly valuable for any team.

> **Inconvénients**: Because points expire at the end of the quarter, it often turns into a quarter-end bonanza with staff rewarding each other.If there were more incentives for staff to give out points throughout the year that would help mitigate this.

> My overall experience with WorkTango has been very positive. It effectively motivates staff, fosters a culture of recognition, and makes rewarding contributions simple and visible.
