> **Avantages**: It worked I suppose. I didn't crash. Compared to what we used now, however, there was nothing I liked.

> **Inconvénients**: When we signed, we told they would not charge us for every hour of customizing and yet that is exactly what happened. The software is out of date and old fashioned. It did nothing modern. They had no ability to work with Google to track leads. It's just silly to use something like that in 2020. Sure our team then was, uh, less sharp than we are now, so some of this is on us. But still.

> Their whole mindset is old fashioned. Selling 'licenses.' Locking you in to automatic contract extension. No thank you.  No one will stand for that any more. Hello FareHarbor\!
