Not able to pay more than glasses cost in order for pt to pay exam copay before exam is checked out, I have to do a misc. payment then apply as a cust credit. Can't correct or delete mis payments easily if wrong amount is put in. Reports...I don't even know where to begin with those. > > Poor.
