> **Avantages**: The regular updates of the different acts and regulations reminders send via email. The availability of our account manager for any queries, and the prompt response thereof, always. I am an administrator for our system; the registration and activation of user is very helpful.

> **Inconvénients**: The de-activation of user not actively using the system, if it can be looked at to lengthen the time period for the de-activating of the user.
> 
> Very well-maintained and up to date system, user friendly and easy to navigate. The use of the platform for all our SABS standards is also a big plus for us.

Google has proven more effective in finding specific legislation when I need to need to refer back. For example what is the maximum shelving high that we are allowed to use in the warehouse or how many suspended solids are allowed in the municipal effluent before penalities apply.
