> **Avantages**: We decided to choose this tool because it allows us to have a great control over the style of our knowledge base and it allows to make very fast changes in the code. Indeed, the style of the texts and titles is kept in our database and therefore allows in a single change to change everything in all the articles at the same time. It is therefore very practical and that is why we have chosen this tool.

> **Inconvénients**: Articles in the knowledge base are not always easy to work with. It is very difficult to select the display order of categories, folders or even articles. Even if I had selected the order of presentation in the categories, nothing was displayed as I had indicated. So I had to delete everything and then put it back to get it in the right order. Also, it will be relevant to have more display choices. Sometimes I would like it to show me only articles from such categories and I have not found how to do it.

> Overall I find the result to be very satisfying. It allows us to have a knowledge base that better represents the branding of our company, since we work on the style ourselves. There would be some possible improvements for the navigation and the research of the articles which are already created, but in sum the application is used very well. It would also be very relevant to have a warning message when deleting an article or folder. I happened to delete articles by mistake and I did not know how to bring them back. Also, it could be interesting to provide a tool to keep a backup of all the work that has been done so that nothing is lost.
