> **Inconvénients**: Lot of the advanced features are locked behind a higher tier plan. Initial setup time is required to tailor it perfectly to your workflow.

> Easy to use tool that has a lot of built in functionality for automating outreach. I checked the database against some information that we had about our prospects and it seemed pretty accurate.

> **Inconvénients**: Apollo.io uses a credit-based system can be a bit tricky to manage at first. You have to be careful with how you spend credits, especially on premium data like mobile numbers, so it requires some planning to ensure you don't run out before the end of the month.

> My overall experience has been positive. It has significantly streamlined our prospecting workflow. While you have to stay organized with your credits to maximize value, the quality and volume of the contact data make it a foundational tool for our sales team.

> I had high expectations for Apollo.io, but it has been disappointing. The phone data is unreliable, and without accurate contact information, the platform loses much of its value. On top of that, customer service is non-existent, making it difficult to resolve issues. While the pricing is reasonable, you ultimately don’t get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend it for those who need quality phone numbers for outreach.
