> **Avantages**: Great value for soft phone services - we switched from the big company to this because of the cost - it has everything you need and very easy to set up.

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes the updates will fail and you will have to try a few times to get the most updated software version to load.

> We have remote staff that work at home that all have Bria installed on their pc's it allows us to stay connected and all be in a queue for when customers call in.

> **Inconvénients**: They overcharged our credit  card by over $800 and then refused to give us a refund.
> 
> They said they would charge our debit card $61, and then took $891 from our credit card. They have refused to refund the money saying they would apply a credit instead. The thing is that we already had a credit from last time they did this and they did not use that credit when calculating the amount due. We now have over $1200 credit with them that we can't use and they are refusing to give us our money back.
