Administrative functions are also great in setting up and managing users and the integration into Hubspot to track calls is really beneficial to manage our sales team quotas.

> **Inconvénients**: There is a bit of a lag in our VoiP calls, in which our team have gotten use to but still remains a bit jarring in our customer calls.
