Now they’ve suddenly added a $500 minimum charge and say it’s going up to $5,000. When I asked for my stock back, they claimed they couldn’t ship to Canada — just a stall to keep billing me. I moved my inventory, but they still won’t close my account or ticket, leaving me stuck with more $500 charges. This is outright theft. > > First they try not to let you close your account, telling you they cannot ship your inventory back to you in Canada (even though they fulfill your orders to Canada). When you find a place to ship it to and ask to close and refund the unauthorized charge, they tell you they cannot close your (now empty) account and cannot close the ticket either.
