Though Sharepoint is a tremendous product with the ability to do just about everything, including make your morning coffee and hire staff, it really doesn't have a favorable UI. Unfortunately, this single item can derail an entire deployment. LiveTiles does a very good job of filling that gap and giving companies the look and useable they want. > > **Inconvénients**: The only con is that LiveTiles has yet to offer an option to integrate with the Modern Sharepoint side. I think part of that reason is that the modern side is a bit easier to use and ultimately LiveTiles is has to compete with it, which wasn't in their initial plans. I do think, however, that's a gap that will need to be addressed which they could use to their advantage. > > Overall, LiveTiles delivers very well as does it's support team and everybody involved. I can't say enough about how well the LiveTiles has developed around community needs which really helps to solidify their product as people feel like their thoughts and ideas are listened to. We wanted a lot of specific personal information and views that general SharePoint online was unable to deliver to us at the time. Some of that functionality has come in, but that just makes our experience using LiveTiles that much better as we get to take advantage of multiple styles/uses. The whole process from contract to build to publish was simple and easy. They are very straightforward and very communicative and available. I never felt left behind or that they weren't listening to any concerns I had. Overall, this is a fantastic product by a great company and I'm very happy to be one of their customers. My users don't know how much they are spoiled to get the type of info in the views they do without the high cost of custom development. The Tiles that are available are widely varying and extremely customizable.
