> **Avantages**: I have had a terrible time getting in touch with Dext Customer Service. While the software served it's purpose for many years I no longer have use for it. They have made it impossible to cancel the service and have just charged my credit card again. Totally shameful. The chat keeps telling me someone will be in touch but no one is. 
I will no longer be recommending it to clients.

> **Inconvénients**: The dashboard is a little busy and I don't like the matching feature.  That is already done in the accounting software.

> Onboarding was easy, and so are the other features.  Dext allows helps users get a lot of the paperwork together for those that don't have time to do it.
