I'm just a one-person operation, so i don't have a ton to manage so it's pretty straight forward. i like creating the notes and forms on there as well and appreciate how easy it is to send them.. > > **Inconvénients**: i have requested various schedule sequences that don't seem to have ever kicked in (and there are so many already it doesn't seem hard to do...) specifically i asked for 3 weeks on, 1 week off..... i also don't like that all the templates are in one place in the settings, they are divided by category which makes sense in some ways, but when you're looking to edit the template (ie of the invoice) i had to click around for awhile before i found it...it could be more intuitive. i also wish there were more aesthetic options...and the calendar sort of bugs me, the drag-and-drop function is finicky, you have to shrink the browser to 50% in order to drag and drop (instead what's easiest, but takes longer, is to click into the specific appointment and edit the date/time manually). also the video is annoying, i prefer to pay for and use zoom (which is actually cheaper than getting the video subscription)... i just don't like what it looks like, how the name is featured, and the quality. the only MAJOR issue i take with owl is how many annoying marketing emails i get from them regarding the AI Notes... Video session issue When I'm waiting for a client to join a video session, I will sometimes receive a pop-up stating that the session has already ended, even though I'm still in the session and nothing has changed. When this happens, the client is unable to join, despite the session still being within the scheduled time window. The only workaround I've found is to delete the session and create a new one for that day, otherwise the client cannot access the video session. 2. Session location field It would be very helpful to have a checkbox or dropdown menu to indicate the location where each session is being held. I work in private practice and travel between multiple rural communities in Canada. Some clients attend sessions at different office locations, so having the session location included in the appointment details, especially in the automated text reminders, would help reduce confusion and ensure clients know where to attend. > > Overall, I've had a very positive experience with Owl Practice. I would like to have a "contact to book" option that is currently done with Jane, as that's a shortcoming that other applications have. I would also love to see a view where I can see clients' last session date together so I can follow up with clients if need be compared to going though my whole client list to verify who hasn't returned. Sadly, my last few support requests go a bit unheeded, and I have to apparently and needlessly restate my question to have the support necessary that resolves my issue. That's not great, but luckily isn't fully a norm yet.
