Poorly designed surveys reported to have used up more than the contracted number of hours to deploy. I have not received 8h of management support services a month since I joined the company almost a year ago.

> It's great and I wish to continue using InMoment for my customer feedback surveys. Their text analytics lets me gain insights from the unstructured data like long textual feedback and get an understanding of the customer sentiments.
