Also, It can be complicated to figure out how to gain access if it is inside a garage. > > We had a valid reservation with SpotHero but managed to make a simple entry error for the plate. No validation against your profile just "poof" your vehicle is gone. Four hours, towing fee, Lyft fee later we recovered it. They refused compensation. There online service sucked and I had to call in because I was coming in on a business trip and using a rental car and had to ask how to secure my space witout knwing my car or license number until pick up. > > **Inconvénients**: Misleading services being sold. The address for the lot they sent me to was wrong. I drove around Philly for aboiut 50 minutes lost. When I called I also found out the lot did not allow in and out. Info I should have been told at order. > > Horrible service, booked a space for a business trip. The address they sent me for the lot was wrong so I was lost. I aslo found out when I got an email the lot did not allow in and out parking. I'm there on a business trip with a rental and if I did use the service I would not be allowed back into the parking lot if I went out on any appopintments. I called and found out about the worng address and on the call found out no in and out. When I told them to cancel this, I am not going to be able to use they came back and said the could offer me a $5. credit but they would not cancel as the reservation start time had just passed. I told them I had been lost due to their error. I will not pay this charge.
