Im Plenty-Support Forum kann man jederzeit Hilfe von Plenty und der Community bekommen. Dazu gibt es zertifizierte Agenturen und Dienstleister, die Schulungen, Programmierung und Support anbieten. Das besondere an Plenty sind die vielen Anbindungen an Marktplätzen, die bereits im System integriert sind. (Amazon, Ebay, Hood, Otto usw.) Import und Export von Daten ist es mittlerweile durch den ElasticSync und ElasticImport super easy\! Im Marketplace kann man Erweiterungen und Plugins kostenlos \& kostenpflichtig erwerben. Die Preisgestaltung ist sehr fair\! No problem. We signed for a free plan with 0,5% comition from sales. It is absolutely user unfriendly software. We tried to get manuals but everything is in German language, only about 10 promotional videos are in English. Support in the UK doesn't answer nither for calls nigher for emails. After several weeks of unsuccesfull trying to set up site on Plantymarkets (site didn't want to save information and menu) we were billed for 40GBP, we didn't do yet any synhronisation (\!) and we couldnt set up site (system didn't want to save it). After all we thought may be site also not so important anyway we have our first site on Shopify and we decided to try inventory system. The same issue. No manuals in English and the system is very complicated, difficult to understand. After this unsuccesful work under eBay account synchronisation we got invoce that we have to pay Plantymarkets fees on all our sales on eBay account, but we didn't use Plantymarkets because we couldn't understand how to put invenory there but unfortunatly we signed in from Plantymarkets to our eBay account and it was counted like inegration and Plantymarkets checked our sales. After this we decided to stop our tryies to work with this software, a lot of dissapointment, and we don't want to try again. Now we use another software and happy with this. Plentymarkets bietet hier eine maximal einfache Integration dieser Marktplätze und kann durch die hohe Automatisierbarkeit auch mit geringer Manpower betrieben werden.
