> **Avantages**: The app is easy to use and intuitive.  I like that myself and my employees can use the software to "take our phones" anywhere and not have to give out our personal cell numbers.

> We have realized better call quality and communication flexibility.  We just changed out some equipment and it was good to know that Cytracom supported the new devices fully.
