Well worth it
Commentaires : Good. Vetstoria is a great product and well worth it. It is fairly new to us so we are working out a kink here and there. Nothing that wasn't expected.
Avantages :
Vetstoria saves my front staff time now that customers can schedule their own.
Inconvénients :
The AI is much to strict on matching clients input to existing clients. So pretty much all entries come in as unmatched even though they are current clients. Something as small as a period (.) after Mrs-will make it not match.

Pourquoi passer à Vetstoria : Set-up process with Vetstoria is night and day compared to Next-in-line. Vetstoria is very well organized and fast.
Game changer for veterinary clinics and their teams!
Avantages :
The ability for clients to schedule appointments for their pets anytime and not have to call the clinic during business hours has been an absolute game changer for us. This allows clients to book an appointment as soon as they get a reminder for services being due or if they have a concern about their pet and not having to wait until we open and then they get busy with work or life and forget or wait until they can't be schedule at an ideal time. The system is so easy to set up however works best for your practice and allows you to customize so many things to make it work best for you.
Inconvénients :
The ability to make short term changes would be great. We don't always want to have to use blocks on a schedule but sometimes want to open up availability on short notice for a day they wouldn't otherwise have availability.

Great scheduling platform!
Commentaires : Vetstoria has helped with the amount of phone calls that we receive and has reduced the time that a receptionist needs to spend on that phone call with a client to book that appointment.
Avantages :
The ease of using the live scheduling system is so nice. Our clients can put in the day or time that works best for them to help filter out other appts. It's also very easy for us to get those appts scheduled by seeing the emails that are coming in. My favorite part is having available for clients to schedule while we are closed so we don't have a million phones when we open in the morning. I haven't had to call/email the tech support team a lot but when I do they are extremely fast getting back to me.
Inconvénients :
I haven't seen any cons as of right now for what we use Vetstoria for.
Amazing customer service
Commentaires : We already had Vetstoria before I had taken my new position, so it was already set up, but I knew nothing about it. I was set up with a zoom meeting to be shown how to do everything and look at all my numbers as well as how my appointments were set up. I had a great rep. who answered all my questions, was extremely nice, and helpful. They will fix/enter something if you don't know how, so you don't have to worry about it.
Avantages :
Easy to use, and when you have questions, they are quick to answer and help solve any problems!
Inconvénients :
It's hard to learn all the ends and outs, because there's a lot. But if you reach out, they will do whatever it is you need on their part to make your experience the best!

Great for appointment scheduling!
Commentaires : We are able to schedule appointments with this software 24/7 with little to no employee time needed! This makes focusing on our patients much easier!
Avantages :
Being in a multi veterinarian practice, the Veterinary Online Booking software is amazing. Not only does the software cut down on extra work for our employees, but it also makes it extremely accessible to our clients. We have the ability to fully customize what veterinarians are available and when they can see patients. We are also able to block off certain days that we are not open!!
Inconvénients :
Learning to use the software and installing it can be time consuming. I believe that is really the only downside to this software. Other than that it's fantastic.

Vetstoria has been great and extremely flexible. They are willing to do what it takes to make clients happy.
We only experienced down-time once in about a year and a half of using them. It was for about 2 days, but they were working on the malfunction ever since the moment we brought it to their attention.
Avantages :
I work for a high-volume spay and neuter clinic. This software has drastically helped to address the high call volume we would receive, allowing our staff to increase the quality of the service we provide. The
Inconvénients :
The only thing this software is missing is a required questionnaire for clients booking an appointment. I wanted to implement a checklist that clients would HAVE to read and HAVE to acknowledge to ensure that they fully understood the commitment they were making (to reduce no-shows). However, this feature is not present and has not yet been added. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Vetstoria saves time and money!
Commentaires : We have been with Vetstoria for almost two year and have nothing but good things to report! We have not had any issues or concerns and they have excellent client service.

The integration between our PIMS and PetDesk has been a timesaver for our team and more efficient for our clients.

I love to work with Vetstoria

Avantages :
It is easy to use. Very easy integrated in our software system Animana from Idexx and also easy to connect with our website and FB page. Clients make appointmenst every day and it save us time because we don't have to answer these kind of phone calls.
Inconvénients :
The new widget where people can make an appointment on every page is very nice, but not so clientfriendly when you as a customer have to click it away on every page.

Commentaires : About 400 clients book an appointment via Vetstoria every month, saving us time and allowing clients to book at any time of the day or night

This is so easy to use and the clients are really happy to access the service and use it to make bookings
Inconvénients :
The software works well and is fully integrated so the thing that I like least about the software is the fact that I still have to put in all the holiday dates to ensure that we don't get a booking on Christmas day

Would be helpful if clients could mark themselves as arrived but somehow confirmed by gps. Would be good if easy and not expensive to do prepayment for new clients to avoid no shows. How new cards are created not ideal, seems to put first and 2nd name in surname ext
Vetstoria is a Great help to Reception Team
Commentaires : Everybody that I have spoken with has been truly pleasant and always makes sure my questions are answered before finishing a phone call or email chain.
Avantages :
The platform is great and easy to use. This service has definitely helped cut down on some phone calls and clients really like the ability to manage their appointment times without having to call in.

Would like to see a feature added to Facebook as a Book Now option.

Honestly, it's pretty much perfect. I even asked all of my receptionists and no one had any suggestions about how to improve it.

Commentaires : Easy to use interface for our clients to book veterinary appointments.
Avantages :
Super easy to set up and maintain - fully customisable to display the number of appointments you want to allow online bookings for. Our clients love the ease of use and frequently input all their pet's problems that they would like you to check in consultation on the booking form - this gets transferred into their clinical notes so we don't miss anything out. Clients who have tried it use it repeatedly now. It frees up our nurses from reception duties and saves time. I wish my own medical practice and dentist had this! Easy to integrate into your website and mobile apps.

Vetstoria - great appointment booking system
Avantages :
Ease of use simple layout.Good tips on how to manage successfully
Inconvénients :
Haven’t worked out away to manage amount of appts in specific days just in total over everyday. This might already be a feature and I’ve missed it but if not then would be good to have
