Simple, reasonable questions have been met with responses that lack clarity, accountability, and courtesy. In some instances, communication has come across as defensive or condescending, rather than solution-oriented. This type of engagement does not meet the standard expected in a professional healthcare environment, where collaboration and respect are essential. Reliable, responsive service is critical, and when that is not consistently delivered, it becomes a significant concern. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully evaluate their options. Over the past two months, I've had difficulty sending my claims to the MAC. I tried calling Inovalon just to hear that "all reps are busy with other customers." I never did get a return call. I canceled my account today. Why pay $131.95 per month when you can't send your claims or speak to someone who could explain the problem?
