The user interface is very intuitive and moving over from other major Test Management competitors was super easy - the quick import process was pretty much flawless, mapping all the information to the proper fields and keeping the general formatting of test cases and even images within steps. > > **Inconvénients**: The reporting is a bit limited, but the product is still somewhat new, so it should improve with time. We'd like to see a view (or report) showing number of test cases per status so we can figure out where we need to work (too many draft test cases or many test cases needing review, etc.) The plan with AI component to help test case design and writing ends up being a bit expensive. > > We use the Test Management software from BrowserStack to replace the old standby Testrail. BrowserStack is pretty great and we didn't feel there was much missing compared to more established players. The AI functionality was pretty sensational to come up with test cases and then to help write actual steps.
