Wir nutzen Sie vom CRM über Tickets bis hin zu Verträgen. Die Systemstabilität ist herausragend und die Geschwindigkeit ist auch gut geworden. > > **Inconvénients**: Dass sie nicht responsive ist und auf keinem Mobilgerät für Außendienstmitarbeiter nutzbar ist. Die Zeiterfassung in Aufgaben und Tickets ist nicht präzise (die Stoppuhr funktioniert nicht). Man kann auch nicht von mehreren Geräten (Notebook, Workstation, Smartphone) gleichzeitig darauf arbeiten. Es fehlt auch ein Kanbanboard für eine Übersichtliche Aufteilung und Zuweisung von Aufgaben und Tickets. Der Preisanstieg in den letzten Jahren ist nicht angemessen, aber man kommt dann nicht "aus" und diese Politik unterstützen wir nicht mehr all zu lange. > > Wir nutzen Weclapp im vollen Umfang mit 4-5 Mitarbeiter und arbeiten dort täglich unsere Business ab. Vom Angebot bis zur Rechnung, Vom Lieferschein bis zu Leistungsnachweise ist alles vorhanden. Das Ticket-System wird sich hoffentlich noch bessern (müsste bei diesem Preis machbar sein).
