This takes a lot of time and button pushing and allows for their to be some management, trend analysis, etc. With the ability to run reports and track trends that helps tremendously as well. The software is easy to use and there is a lot it can do so I am constantly learning about new features that come and am invested in to knowing as much as I can to better serve my department and company with this program. > > **Inconvénients**: The features that I feel like are missing is just some of the customization abilities within incidents, inspections and document management. Having the same freedom that I do in JHA and meetings would be nice. Also the reporting and analytics features having more and more comprehensive styles of reports would help. > > Overall experience has been positive, the product has tremendously improved my day to day safety management. It allows me to focus on more than I was before and can spend time developing and analyzing data.
