A lot of tools different than Pushover offers tons of features that Pushover lacks. They are not an incident management tool, they are just a notification service so you will have to manage your own schedules, escalation policies, etc. Also it's horrible that you have to purchase the Android App aside from the cost per message itself, they only want you to spend a few bucks on the app that works poorly.
