Fantastic reports. Multi resourcehandler capable, including all major hypervisors, and all major public Cloud platforms. > > **Inconvénients**: It is in current state very IaaS focussed. This is not necessarily a bad thing, as this is our main use of the product at the moment. But it would have been nice to have more SaaS and PaaS based features. Reports are often a little buggy. > > Cloudbolt has been a real business enabler for us. We run a cloud based platform, with thousands of VMs, and hundreds of customers. - All based on VMware. In the past we used a tool which was developed by Novell (who got aquired by NetIQ, who inturn gor aquired by Microfocus). This was a very good stable tool, but clunky, and complex. We found Cloudbolt on the web, on a Friday afternoon.... We decided to download it, so we can play with it the following weeks. After downloading we went through the quick setup wizzard, and was astounded that we had this up and running that sae Friday afternoon, in 45 mins, without even looking at the guide. Shortly after this we started evaluating the product to find out if this could possibly replace our current CMP. Only thing it missed at that point was propper billing reports. A year later after extensive testing, we put the tool into production, and became the main resellers in Africa. Migrating our big customer, and VM base took about 1 week.
