It runs on my own server, so I have 100% control. It's a bit of work to set the system up correctly, but with support of Siberian had it up and running in a few hours (as a then complete noob concerning VPS, Linux webserver, ports and all that...) Now everything runs like a charm and when ever I can't figure something out the support of Siberian is outstanding. They have implemented every suggestion we have ever made. (Our latest was to add a feature - a page that loads and displays a web page IN the App when the App is opened) They do update and improve it, and we get all the updates without additional cost. ALL our bug issues and support needs have ALWAYS been addressed, in a timely manner. AND THEY DO READ THESE REVIEWS. > > **Inconvénients**: No software is perfect, ever. There have been occasional glitches, but most have been cosmetic/interface related, and not in the actual code. And every one we found, got fixed. My ONLY gripe might be that they need to have a separate reporting vehicle for bugs, separate from general support requests.
