The response time from the team has been fast in case of complaints.

> **Avantages**: Really easy to set up, super fast support, tons of customization options built in - essentially for various business use cases. As a B2C site, we use 4 payment gateways/wallets, however Swipez gives us the best payment conversion rates. We've initiated a conversation with them to replace our high name brand main website PG, as Swipez is far more stable and far more flexible. Our sales team naturally prefers using Swipez as setting up invoices and payment links are so much easier that the 3 other gateways/wallets we use.

> **Inconvénients**: There are some very specific features custom to our business that we would ideally hope they have. Surprisingly as we have grown, Swipez is open to customizing these features for us as the volume of our biz to them has increased. So i anticipate the 'cons' of not having these features will be gone for us in a couple of months.

> Swipez and Zoho are 2 SaaS partners we have been working for the longest...essentially from day 1 of our travel startup...in December 2019, it will be 4 years since we've been working with Swipez. So essentially, have loved working with them. It helps that they are really patient with our repetitive requests/queries/demands.
