I canceled my free trial before it ended, yet I was still charged. When I contacted support, they refused to take responsibility and kept blaming their payment provider instead of issuing a refund. Their customer service is completely unhelpful, just copy-pasting the same excuses rather than actually solving the problem. It honestly feels like they’ve designed the system to make it as difficult as possible to cancel and get a refund. > > Frustrating and disappointing. The app itself is fine for basic floor planning, but not nearly as functional as other alternatives. The real issue is their dishonest billing practices and awful customer support. Even when I followed their instructions exactly, I was still charged for something I canceled. Instead of fixing the issue, they just pushed the responsibility onto someone else.
