> **Avantages**: The integration with Shopify are amazing, and you can get going so much faster than other PIM systems. I tried 5 other before ending up with Jasper.

> **Inconvénients**: The dashboard is missing some personalization and maybe a form of statistics and gamification. However, I know they are constantly working to improve this.

> **Avantages**: Importing our catalog from spreadsheets worked well. Being able to manage multiple Shopify stores at the same time is saving us hours each day and allowing us to launch new products faster than ever. Love that we can manage all product pricing for each channel from the one system. Changing product prices is quick and having it immediately sync out to all our stores is allowing us to be more adaptive with our pricing which has resulted in increased sales.

Being able to create completely different product types with different attributes was huge for us. We are now managing 3 completely different catalogues in the one system and publishing them out to their own channels.

Managing each stores categories and relating products to each other by our custom relation types is simple and has helped my team immensely.

> **Inconvénients**: Although there is documentation for a lot of features I have found not every feature has been documented and when new features are added I only find them by accident. Better video tutorials are needed and step by step examples would help greatly.

Inventory Management is one way. If there was a back flow from Shopify to the PIM it would solve all our problems right now. But we've been told we can use the pim api which we plan to do soon.

> I was able to set-up in in minutes with no help. After registration I started my free trial and within 15 mins I was publishing my products to one of Shopify stores.

Our development costs have been significantly been reduced. We now just develop our Shopify theme and we use the metafields the PIM sends to Shopify customise the product pages.

> **Avantages**: Without JasperX, we couldn't update product records accurately and efficiently across all our sales channels, which created real value for our business. Our manual process of editing each channel was inefficient and prone to variances in our product data depending on which channel a customer visited. JasperX still lets us maintain unique data across all sales channels while keeping a single core product record. With their software, you can duplicate as much or as little of a product record as you like. Owning your product data outside your website or marketplaces is powerful and lets you quickly add more outlets for your products. 

JasperX also allows you to add more product attributes or meta fields. You can use these to trigger events on your website or store data that doesn't fit on a particular channel or marketplace. Jasper can also transform your channel-specific data points to help prevent duplicate records and data points in your system.

> **Inconvénients**: Getting up and running was a bit of a challenge, but it was expected, since we had millions of data points to import and map. Dealing with this much data always brings challenges, but the JasperX team supported us well. If we hadn't had so much data to start with, the process would have been great. The support team is great and has kept our systems running while meeting our specific needs.

If you don't have a PIM and want to get started, the best time to start was yesterday...

> We use JasperX daily to manage our products. It has been stable and has continued to add new features since we started using it. For us, this is the best experience we could have asked for. We know the system will not change overnight or keep us from completing our work, while also ensuring we don't fall behind on the latest e-commerce trends. It's a big negative when these SaaS services update in a way that breaks a previous workflow, and we haven't experienced that with JasperX.
