The visual product at the end is clear and impactful. The product is easy for the end user to use. Customer support has been exceptionally good, with the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] of the product willing and able to change and adapt elements when required (e.g. to add our company logo, or to remove drawings that we didn't feel appropriate to our business market), or when we requested a customized report structure. Bei einem PC-Wechsel muss jedes mal eine neue Lizenzierung vorgenommen werden. Dies ist sehr aufwendig, da der Lizenzschlüssel nicht geleich eintrifft und so die Installation nicht abgeschlossen werden kann. Eine Online-Lösung oder einen fixen Lizenzschlüssel (könnte auch auf ein Jahr beschränkt sein) wäre von Vorteil. 2. In der Auswertung sind verschiedene 'Kliparts' die ich persönlich als unnötig/zu verspielt ansehe. Die Handouts könnten zudem moderner, schlichter gestaltet werden. 3. eine reine Weblösung wäre zeitgemäss.
