> **Avantages**: We have implemented Emburse for all our remote team (aka everyone) that works with us. Each person gets a card shipped with budgets to spend on perks ($500 in Convert's case) and that makes everything run smooth. Then we run almost all budgets through the virtual cards making it easier to decentralize spending on anything. Decentralize is the way to go for us since we run on Holacracy and are all remote.

> **Inconvénients**: Feel it's still missing a direct connection with Xero that could be a big plus. A way to ship a card directly to anywhere in the world (now only US) would save us a logistical step.

> Pretty good, some issues in the part with reissuing cards (always a pain to ship a couple of dozen around the world again) but just happened once so far.

> **Avantages**: Emburse makes it incredibly easy to issue expense cards to new employees and ensure that everyone reports back on all the key things you need to close your books. It took an annoying process of internal nagging to get the books closed, to a streamlined automated text message each time someone purchased. It’s amazing.

> **Inconvénients**: There is nothing significant that I dislike about the product. One quirk is that you’re using pre-paid cards rather than true credit cards, so you have to keep re-upping your balance. But this is automated so it’s not a big deal.

> **Avantages**: The pricing was reasonable, the interface was easy to navigate, and the overall concept seemed useful for our team.

> **Inconvénients**: The customer service and integration support were poor, and the platform did not deliver on key capabilities that were represented during the sales and implementation process. After enrolling, we learned that certain elements of the agreement we are paying for are not actually possible or supported in the way we were led to believe.&#10;&#10;We have attempted to resolve these issues directly with the company multiple times, but our outreach has largely gone unanswered. At this point, it feels as though once payment was received, there was little urgency or accountability to address the unresolved implementation issues or provide a reasonable remedy.&#10;&#10;The most frustrating part is that we are continuing to pay for functionality that does not work as expected and, based on what we have been told, may not be possible under the current platform setup. Despite that, the company has not offered a meaningful reimbursement or resolution.&#10;&#10;Based on our experience, I would be very cautious before signing an agreement with this provider, especially if your decision depends on specific integrations or capabilities being available. Make sure every requirement is clearly documented in writing before moving forward.

> During the sales process, we were assured that the platform and integration would support the requirements we discussed. However, during implementation, we learned that VAT on our foreign transactions does not flow properly through the NetSuite connector. The company then indicated that the connector simply does not function that way.&#10;&#10;This is not a minor edge case for our business. Approximately 80% of our transaction volume involves these foreign VAT-related transactions. As a result, the solution may work for roughly 20% of our business, but it does not function for the majority of the use case we purchased it for.&#10;&#10;Despite this, the company has not provided a workable solution, meaningful support, or a fair commercial remedy for the portion of the service that is not usable. We are effectively paying for functionality that was represented as available but is not operational for the majority of our business.&#10;&#10;This has been a very frustrating experience, particularly because these requirements were discussed before we entered into the agreement. I would strongly caution other companies to validate any integration claims in detail before signing, especially if VAT, foreign subsidiaries, or NetSuite integration are important to your process.

It allowed us to quickly launch and integrate our integration while making use of the Dashboard to augment any intermediate needs we had while developing our software.

> **Inconvénients**: We are eagerly awaiting consumer spending support through Emburse.

> The Emburse journey has been excellent the whole way through and customer support has stood out as a major strength the entire way.  From development support during integration to operational support once you are live,  the team at Emburse has always been fast to respond and incredibly informative and helpful.  Can't say enough about their support.

> **Avantages**: Easy to use.  &#10;&#10;Because of the replenishment feature,  we can always keep a set amount of  available funds for our non-employee marketing reps.&#10;&#10;No concerns about excessive numbers of conventional corporate credit cards being used.&#10;&#10;Reconciliation is easy with the month end statement.

> **Inconvénients**: I really do not have any cons to share.&#10;&#10;Our Account Manager and Field Director are both very happy with Emburse.  Our Account Manager was the one pushing for Emburse and I think it was and is a good decision.

> We are very pleased with Emburse.  The support has been responsive -- although we have not needed much support because everything works well and is easy to understand.&#10;&#10;We have very intention of utilizing Emburse as often as we can. We are a marketing and branding company with specialty in the spirits industry and in field marketing. Our usage is based on Client programs that we create and execute.
