The next best thing are the continuous improvements and upgrades. Generally, software companies take years to update and improve their product. Not Yardi\! Nothing else I can say that I like about the system. > > **Inconvénients**: I've worked with many EHR's and this has to be the worst system. It is slow and archaic in its methods. The EMAR takes on average 11 minutes per person to pass meds because of how slow it is and not effective for passing meds. There are no good reports for LOC. They have NO emergency backup system other than it emailing to you. With any other software we use, we don't have to be worried about the number of service units we have left. I don't believe in the Yardi model of Train the Trainers. With a smaller company that is not always a practical request. If service was included, the team would be better trained and would be able to use the product much more efficiently and effectively. > > Overall, the experience has been a positive one.
