As a school district, we like how we can create customized courses and easily track the completion of the courses by our staff members. Further, our staff likes the Kalpa system because it helps them track the completion of their professional development plan so they can use it to renew their teaching certificates. This product has been a game changer for us in terms of being able to manage professional development hours. > > **Inconvénients**: It seems to me that Kalpa continues to improve. Thus, I don't have any specific cons. We are always looking for a few more customizable features. One that I can think of is that it is a little tricky to map out PD courses that take place for several days in a row versus one period of time on a single day. If you do have any trouble setting up or maintaining your system, the customer service department at Kalpa is top notch. We realized that savings, provided our end users a much more simple and robust solution and advanced our capabilities. Literally a win-win-win. We were the first organization in the state to contract with Kalpa.
