> **Avantages**: I like the flexibility of the software the most. There are so many options and add on's to really ensure the program is set up for what work's best for you and your company. The customer service is amazing as well - there is always someone to reach out to for assistance and response times are quick.

> **Inconvénients**: The only con I can think of at this point would be the learning curve attached to starting a new program. It definitely takes some practice and patience to learn all of the features, but once that is learned it is smooth sailing.

This tool has a very clean layout and interface making it easy for employees to use.  Employees will love the variety of tools, nice layout and functionality.
