Notes are not straightforward to edit, cumbersome with edit only window opening prior to actual note that can be edited, all the info on the patient is lumped together (radiology, questionnaire, clinical notes, vital sign entries) and it is difficult to visualize relevant information. It has room for lots of information to be stored and easily accessed about the patient, and makes it easy to keep track of patients once they are in the clinic. I can bring up any sort of result in their virtual chart, as well as any medications, and fax them from Accuro to wherever I need. > > **Inconvénients**: Accuro seems to freeze, and have glitches more often than not. This is frustrating because we rely totally on Accuro for the operation of the clinics. Without accuro, we cant do much. Freezing may be because of internet connection, but its not common for us to have the IT Troubleshoot number for Accuro at hand to fix issues with the slow/freezing app. > > Accuro is great to keep track of patients, and store their medical information securely.
