I am not willing to scan an entire partition in order to find out if a 5MB file is suspicious or not. Not sure why they didn't figure this would be an extremely useful feature but they didn't add it. I can easily do it with my main anti-virus suite. The price is high for what it offers. I decided to try it and see if there's anything fishy on my PC. There wasn't.
