All they do is try to get more clients and even when you do get a live person, they are generally clueless. DO NOT USE THEM if possible.

> **Inconvénients**: Clueless customer service people after a substantial wait to get someone to call me back. After a good hour of "reading articles" as their way of providing customer support, I finally got a callback from someone who was absolutely clueless and could not help me.
> 
> Horrible at best. I honestly do not understand why people haven't complained about them and how they continue to get new clients.
