We found the API documentation to be good and usually very complete.  We found their team to be very responsive to our needs and questions when they did arise.

> **Inconvénients**: When you are creating the rows it can be tricky to make them even, especially if you are creating rows at an angle.  It can also be frustrating to have to keep clicking between the different tools to select and alter seats.

> Overall I have had a very positive experience with Seats.io, and they have grown and bettered the product year after year.
