They have proven to be extremely responsive from a customer service standpoint and impressively agile in implementing new features and enhancements. > > **Inconvénients**: There isn't a ton to dislike about the software, but there are a few refinements and small touches regarding how the moves engine allows for future plans to be created and maintained that I'd like to see. Actually not really a negative. But you will have to use the premium package to get the full benefits of the platform, but if you opt for the premium package, you will be able to manage more than just space planning.
