They listen to our feedback and requests for feature updates. I also LOVE the AI dictation and Discharge Notes. My records are done as soon as the appointment is done\! And the dictation almost always picks up on things that I have already completely forgotten about, which makes my records much more thorough. > > **Inconvénients**: Our biggest issue currently is our multi-location. We have two clinics, but operate as one entity, that messes up our reminders. I can honestly say that's the only negative I have experienced, and even that is something they are willing to work with us on to improve our experience. > > Digitail is a company that you can tell deeply cares and is passionate about what they do. They are a perfect example of how any company should run. I truly don't know how I did my job before we switched to Digitail. I actually look forward to doing my records. Crazy,right?
