They provided us with useful information to keep us on track and they were also quick to respond. There are a lot of templates, a lot of interactive elements, cool features that make it possible to simulate software for somewhat hands on training. > > **Inconvénients**: My biggest complaint and the reason I give only 2 stars is the AI. At no time in the demo or "training" (Which was just another short demo) did they mention you have to pay $2 and change for each voiceover, whether it is 3 words or three dollars. This adds up fast when you want to use audio in your training. Added to that they provide no guidance on how to use the AI effectively. You just have to pay $2 each time you discover a problem. I even asked for my $2 back on one item and they wouldn't give it. I have spent probably $80 by learning the limitations of the AI. Here is a list so you don't make the same expensive mistakes I did: -The AI can't say the word learned. it pronounces it as learn-did. -If you put $10 it reads it as ten dollar, which is not proper grammar-its dollars -It can't read dates like 3/15. You have to spell it out fully. -If you end on a number like the 16th. you have to use two periods or it combines it with the next word -You can't use an ellipsis (Even when its the name of something) because it makes the words longest most awkward pause. -There is no way to indicate to the AI to EMPHASIZE a word. Writing it in caps just causes it to be read like an acronym. -Use commas to create spacing and breath otherwise it sounds very weird. -If you want to edit in the middle of your paragraph you have to write 5 characters very fast, pause for 3 seconds, then five more characters, then pause, etc. otherwise it will just move the cursor to the end and screw up your writing. -The American voice is very robotic, the British one is slightly better. Slightly. -Don't like the way the robot said a word? too bad you now have to pay $2 and change to see if a different word sounds more natural. These are just the ones I recall off the top of my head. I have never heard of a software where you buy their very expensive subscription and then you still have to pay for every single recording and pay again for every single edit, even if its one letter change. It feels very greedy, especially when there are free ai text to voice that are free and about as realistic as this one. I really doubt it is costing them any more money for us to try editing the words to get a more natural sounding product. They should want our training to sound good so it makes them look good. Instead we are left with $10 = "ten dolla" > > Very difficult to learn. The training is not training. I made so many mistakes that I wanted to rage quit because there is no undo. There are a lot of tiny bugs that make it annoying.
