> **Avantages**: At first glance, clocking in and out seems very simple. The buttons are big and easy to read. The app is easy to navigate between categories.

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes, your clock in/out time doesn’t get recorded correctly causing it to have to be changed manually. The camera function didn’t work well on our iPad and wouldn’t let anyone punch in/out but customer service was awesome at troubleshooting the problem for us.

> Have been using HH2 for several years and have found that the time I use to spend doing payroll have decreased a lot and allows me to generate reports that I can't access from our accounting module.  The increase in my productivity is huge.

> **Avantages**: It is simple to use for the back office and field teams. It integrates great with Sage 300 CRE. Having it all cloud based makes it easy to access wherever you are.

> **Inconvénients**: The time approval process can sometimes be difficult to follow for the backend and field teams. I think there should be more information provided to the user about what they need to approve. Reminder emails about time not being approved and emails sent to users to approve time as it moves through the workflow would be helpful.
> 
> I believe it is a great product. We have been using hh2 for over 10 years. I could not imagine using anything else. The software works good and hh2 is constantly making enhancements to make the product better and fit the needs of construction companies.
